Biography

Growing up in a rural area in the 1950's and 1960's, I had the privilege of participating with my mother and father, Nard and Emma Taylor, in providing care, having concerns, and making visits for aging members of our community. These life experiences made an indelible impression on me. So, when the time came to care for my parents beginning in 1989, I gathered knowledge during this season of life and my family very naturallly engaged in the teamwork as we were taught by our parents's life example.

I have been a part of the business community since 1965 in assisting various companies in achieving their goals. Therefore, it is most enjoyable to serve as correspondent/coordinator, as main contact manager for scheduling and retaining caregivers to assure clients of proper coverage when needed or when changes occur. It has been an intentional effort to relieve familiies of any burden in maintaining a workable schedule for their loved ones when vacations or illness occurs within the established team. We consider the team to consist of the client, their family, physicians, hospice organizations, caregivers assigned to the family and myself working together to address the concerns of comfort and quality of life for all.
